<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch circuit and a design method therefor having a satisfactory distortion characteristic while suppressing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency switch circuit includes a high frequency switch unit between a common terminal and an individual terminal. The high frequency switch unit includes: a series switch element group having n stack stages; and a series switch element group having n+1 stack stages or greater. By the series switch element groups of different stack stages, the trade-off relationship of a cost coefficient related to a layout area and a harmonic characteristic is fine-tuned, and the increase of a chip area is suppressed while an optimal distortion characteristic is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
