<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional ventilation fan that effectively utilizes outside air and a refrigerator as heat sources, and is saved in energy. <P>SOLUTION: A suction port damper 16 is arranged at a suction port 34 of a blower chamber 20. The blower chamber 20 is connected to either an indoor duct 14a and an outdoor duct 14b by using the suction port damper 16. A discharge port damper 18 is arranged at a discharge port 36 of the blower chamber 20. The blower chamber 20 is connected to either a heat source accommodation chamber 24 and the outdoor duct 14b by using the discharge port damper 18. A cold heat source 56 cooled by the refrigerator is arranged in the heat source accommodation chamber 24. Air is cooled by the cold heat source 56 and blown into a room 13 from a blow-out port 22. A mode is set to one of a circulation mode, a forcible exhaustion mode and a forcible air suction mode by switching the suction port damper 16 and the discharge port damper 18. In the circulation mode, in-room air is circulated and easy cooling is performed by the cold heat source 56. In the forcible exhaustion mode, air in the room 13 is forcibly exhausted.
