<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control circuit enabling reduction of the system startup time from a power-off state. <P>SOLUTION: A power control circuit 1000 comprises: an internal power supply voltage generation circuit 300, to which a first power supply voltage EVDD is supplied, for generating a second power supply voltage VDD; an internal power supply voltage detection circuit 400 for comparing the second power supply voltage VDD with a reference value V<SB POS="POST">POC</SB>and outputting a first signal POR based on the comparison result; and a nonvolatile storage device 100 to which the second power supply voltage VDD is supplied. The nonvolatile storage device 100 supplies a first trimming data TCD<SB POS="POST">POC</SB>to the internal power supply voltage detection circuit 400 on the basis of the first signal POR, and the internal power supply voltage detection circuit 400 changes the reference value V<SB POS="POST">POC</SB>on the basis of the first trimming data TCD<SB POS="POST">POC</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
