<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized compact radiation detector suitable for measuring high dose rates in a wide measuring range. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation measuring device comprises a first and a second radiation detectors that have a first and a second silicon semiconductor radiation detecting elements and a first and a second front-end amplifiers, respectively. The first and second radiation detectors respectively comprise a first and a second gamma-ray adjusting plates with a different thickness for attenuation of incident gamma-ray energy and gamma-ray flux from a measurement object. The first and the second radiation detectors are covered with a shielding member that blocks incident gamma-rays from other than the measurement object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
