<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a supporting frame with which an solar cell system or the like can be attached to a new construction or existing roof, an attaching method, and an exterior structure. <P>SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a supporting frame 1 comprises the supporting frame 1 attached to an exterior roof surface comprising a vertically laid exterior material 2 having a face plate part 21 at the center and a rising part 22 with an engaged part 221 at each of both side edges and a cap member 3 having a fitting part 32 that fits in the engaged part 221. The supporting frame 1 comprises an engaging part 11 that engages the engaged part 221 of the neighboring vertically laid exterior materials 2 and 2 from the outside and a supporting part 12 that supports an external member on a top face.
