<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stickiness-imparting resin composition having a softening point of 130 to 180°C which can impart a good adhesive power even to a rough surface such as polyurethane foam without using a solvent, a plasticizer and the like in an emulsifying step, stably and in a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The stickiness-imparting resin composition is prepared by dispersing a rosin phenolic resin having a softening point of 130 to 180°C in water, solventlessly and in the presence of an emulsifier component under a pressure of 1 to 2.8 MPa, wherein the amount of an organic solvent contained in the emulsion is ≤50 ppm, and the volume-average particle diameter is ≤0.7 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
