<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large capacity for an air cleaner. <P>SOLUTION: In an engine intake device which keeps a power unit having an engine and transmission device integrally composed to be rockable on a pair of right and left seat rails 15, is arranged between the power unit and seat rail 15, is provided to be rockable together with the power unit, and includes an air cleaner 38 dividable in a vehicle width direction W, the air cleaner 38 includes connection flange parts 46A, 47A projected outward to connect a split surface.
