<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of the detection sensitivity of an input position accompanied by the increase of the length of an electrode pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A driving IC5 individually drives two times an electrode pattern 2 configured of a plurality of columns via first signal lines X1-1 to X6-1 drawn from one end side and via second signal lines X1-2 to X6-2 drawn from the other end side, acquires two times a detection value showing the capacitance of the electrode pattern 2, and acquires as a final detection value the detection value which is higher between the detection values acquired two times. Thus, even when the electrode pattern 2 is long and a wiring resistance is large, the capacitance of the electrode pattern 2 can be detected with high sensitivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
