PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminated sheet which is excellent in adhesion, cohesiveness as well as long-term durability, wherein the hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer part does not smooth out with time recesses and protrusions having been formed by processing.

SOLUTION: The optical laminated sheet comprises an optical film having been processed to have recesses and protrusions and a hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the recessed and protruded surface, where the hardenable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is fixed to a part of the protruded part of the optical film having been processed to have recesses and protrusions and buries the protruded part to a level of 5 to 90% of the height of the protruded part. The optical laminated sheet is pasted on various light sources or image display devices to thereby constitute light sources or image display devices that have enhanced light extraction efficiency while ensuring uniform light emission and improving viewing angles especially in devices comprising the image display devices without changing the designs of the light sources or image display devices.
