<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly disconnect a switch when voltage out of reference range is applied to a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A switch device comprises: a main switch provided between a first terminal and a second terminal; a voltage detecting part for detecting whether the voltage of the second terminal is within the reference range or not; and a control part for controlling the main switch in response to control signals input from a control terminal and turning off the main switch when the voltage of the second terminal is out of the reference range. The voltage detecting part comprises a detection switch which disconnects between the second terminal and the control part when the voltage of the second terminal is within the reference range and connects between the second terminal and the control part when the voltage of the second terminal is out of the reference range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
