<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blocking a blowout of crude oil due to a crude oil drilling accident at a deep sea bottom. <P>SOLUTION: Bags b made of fishnet or wire net filled with granite stones n or marble stones n are stacked into a pyramid shaped regular quadrangular cone or a conical cone to form a small mountain right above an outlet port e of crude oil ejecting at a deep sea bottom, bags b made of fishnet or wire net filled with crushed stones c or small stones c are subsequently stacked on the small mountain composed of the bags b filled with granite stones n or marble stones n to form laminated layers, and bags f made of sail cloth filled with sand g are subsequently stacked on the small mountain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
