PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition which can be easily decomposed by an oxidizing agent which can be easily obtained, and to provide an epoxy adhesive which has especially high adhesive strength, and has easy to dismantle nature.

SOLUTION: To provide an epoxy resin adhesive composition in which an epoxy resin curing agent and a curing accelerator consisting of a polycarboxylic acid in which hydrazine and/or a carboxylic acid dihydrazide is made to react with an in-molecule carboxylic acid anhydride at the rate such that the carboxylic acid anhydride group is an equimolar amount to an NH2group, and carboxyl groups are separated having a diacyl hydrazine structure are used can be decomposed by oxidizing agent.
