<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a handover destination cell which can use more radio resources and is estimated to be optimum. <P>SOLUTION: A handover destination cell selection method in a radio base station device adopting an inter-cell interference coordination by fractional frequency reuse comprises: instructing in advance to transmit a report signal when a radio quality corresponding to a mobile station positioned at a cell end is reached as a handover trigger condition; comparing, when the report signal is received, first throughput prediction information in a first cell in radio connection with the mobile station and second throughput prediction information in a plurality of second cells which the mobile station is adjacent to and can be radio-connected with to select the second cell presenting the highest value of the second throughput prediction information; and instructing the mobile station to perform handover to the selected second cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
