<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a terminal fitting which can prevent occurrence of electrolytic corrosion and can easily be bent. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a terminal fitting 10 of the present invention includes following processes. A metal sheet material 1 is prepared by performing a sheet material preparation process, where the metal sheet material 1 is prepared by integrating, using cold welding, a first metal material including the same metal as metal material used for core wires 41 and a second metal material different from the first metal material, so that a first region 4 composed of the first metal material and a second region 5 composed of the second metal material are joined in a parallel manner. Thereafter, the metal sheet material 1 is punched by performing a punching process so that at least portions corresponding to core wire connection portions 24 among wire connection portions 23 are formed in the first region 4 of the metal sheet material 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
