<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract a portion for which a vehicle color is to be discriminated, regardless of ambient conditions. <P>SOLUTION: In an image storage server 100, an image data control section 110 obtains black-and-white image data and color image data and transmits each of the obtained image data to a specific portion extraction processing section 120.
