摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine in which cost of a stamping die for a rotor core is reduced and sufficiently high efficiency can be achieved even when rated speed is relatively high. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine of this invention, the rotary electric machine comprises a stator 1 having a stator core 11 and a stator coil 12, and a rotor 2 having a rotor core 21 surrounded by the stator 1 through a gap 3 and plural permanent magnets 23. In the rotary electric machine, an AC magnetic field generated by the stator 1 rotates the rotor 2. When the rated speed of the rotary electric machine is increased, sharing the rotor core 21 and changing predetermined performance of each permanent magnet 23 without changing the number of the permanent magnets 23 decreases magnetic flux density in the gap 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
