The device (100) has a housing (2) comprising a lockable charging hole to input waste. A waste input section comprises pressing units (5) swingably supported at the housing around a pivotal axis (6). Counter-pressing unit (7) of the input section is swingably supported at the housing around another axis. The counter-pressing unit is swingable at a predetermined back pressure in an open position around an aperture of a waste collecting container (1). The hole is locked with a closure unit i.e. flap (11), which is manually or automatically lockable and unlockable. The pressing units and the counter-pressing unit are designed as curved press plates. The waste collecting container is designed a rubbish pail, a rubbish can, a rubbish container, a refuse sack or a refuse hose.
