An ion mobility tube includes an ionization source room (1) having a central ionization source room hole, an ion door (2), a drift region unit (3) having a central drift chamber, a restraining grid (4), and a Faraday disk (5), which are successively superposed together along a front-to-back direction. The drift region unit (3) includes a first insulator and first metal pole pieces which are fixed concentrically on the front face and back face of the first insulator, respectively. The drift region unit (3) is made up of the first insulator and the first metal pole pieces, which are integral, such that the manufacture is simplified, and the dismounting and the amounting are convenient.
