SOFT MAGNETIC POWDER, POWDER GRANULES, DUST CORE, ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPONENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DUST CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft magnetic powder for obtaining a dust core that has low hysteresis loss especially in a high temperature range.

SOLUTION: The soft magnetic powder is an assembly of composite magnetic particles each of which is obtained by forming an insulating coating film on a surface of a soft magnetic particle containing Fe, Si and Al. In the soft magnetic powder, the following formulae (1) and (2) are satisfied when an Si content is represented by (a) mass% and an Al content is represented by (b) mass%. Formula (1)...27≤2.5a+b≤29, and formula (2)...6≤b≤9. The soft magnetic powder can reduce the hysteresis loss of a dust core, which is obtained using the soft magnetic powder, in the high temperature environment.
