<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropore forming apparatus capable of increasing the amount of tissue fluid extracted from micropores formed in a subject's skin. <P>SOLUTION: The micropore forming apparatus for forming the micropores in the skin by allowing microneedles 202a to collide with the subject's skin includes a skin contact part that has a plurality of microneedles for piercing the subject's skin, and a force exerting means 205 energizing the skin contact part toward the subject's skin.
