<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of a site capable of providing a noise cancelling function. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell system 11 includes: power generation panels 14-1 and 14-2 for converting light into electric power; microphones 12-1 and 12-2 for collecting sound from mutually opposite direction; and piezoelectric elements 13-1 and 13-2 driven by the power generated by the power generation panels 14-1 and 14-2. The piezoelectric element 13-1 vibrates the power generation panel 14-1 so as to output sound, which is in opposite phase to the sound collected by the microphone 12-1, in the opposite side to the sound collecting direction of the microphone 12-1. The piezoelectric element 13-2 vibrates the power generation panel 14-1 so as to output the sound, which is in the opposite phase to the sound collected by the microphone 12-2, in the opposite side to the sound collecting direction of the microphone 12-2.
