<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in manufacturing and installing a large-scale heat exchanger 1, especially the one which is assembled on-site, to reduce the term of works and cost. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 includes two or more heat exchanger modules 2 arranged in a predetermined direction in parallel, and first and second ducts 3 and 4 which extend in a predetermined direction and is connected to each heat exchanger module 2 to circulate fluid therethrough.
