<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight rescue litter which allows a physical condition to be checked from the outside easily and a patient to receive first aid treatment even after accommodated while ensuring safe and quick accommodation. <P>SOLUTION: The rescue litter includes an upper-body placing portion made of a hard board and a lower-body placing portion made of a flexible material, which are connected to each other so as to be detachable. The upper-body placing portion is made of a rectangular resin plate material having transparency. The center of the short width direction is a flat surface throughout the longitudinal width. Both ends are raised to form curved surfaces.
