<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interval adjustment covering plate for laying a platform fence which can be easily adapted to an covering area having a width different from a reference width. <P>SOLUTION: A covering plate, which is laid adjacently to a neighboring one so as to cover a construction area on a platform when a platform fence is laid, includes: a central panel having a rectangular parallelepiped shape whose bottom face side is left open and a top face has a rectangular shape that has a width direction and a longitudinal direction; and an adjustment panel whose bottom face side and one side face are left open and top face has a rectangular shape with a width that is less than 1/2 of the width of the rectangular shape of the top face of the central panel and which is formed so as to be lapped over the central panel. The top face of the central panel is provided with a long slide hole along the width direction. A position of a bolt to be inserted from the adjustment panel to the long slide hole is able to be adjusted and fixed along the length direction of the long slide hole, which allows the size of the covering panel to be changed in the width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
