摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silica particles that have increased flowability and are excellent in adhesion to particles and dispersibility, compared to those free of primary particles having a volume average particle diameter of from &ge;80 nm to &le;300 nm, a particle size distribution index of from &ge;1.10 to &le;1.40, an average circularity of from &ge;0.70 to &le;0.92 and a circularity distribution index of from &ge;1.05 to &le;1.50 and comprising primary particles having a circularity of &ge;0.95 in a proportion of >10% by number of particles. <P>SOLUTION: The silica particles comprise the primary particles having a volume average particle diameter of from &ge;80 nm to &le;300 nm, a particle size distribution index of from &ge;1.10 to &le;1.40, an average circularity of from &ge;0.70 to &le;0.92 and a circularity distribution index of from &ge;1.05 to &le;1.50 and comprise the primary particles having a circularity of &ge;0.95 in a proportion of &le;10% by number of particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
