<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silica particles that have increased flowability and are excellent in adhesion to particles and dispersibility, compared to those free of primary particles having a volume average particle diameter of from ≥80 nm to ≤300 nm, a particle size distribution index of from ≥1.10 to ≤1.40, an average circularity of from ≥0.70 to ≤0.92 and a circularity distribution index of from ≥1.05 to ≤1.50 and comprising primary particles having a circularity of ≥0.95 in a proportion of >10% by number of particles. <P>SOLUTION: The silica particles comprise the primary particles having a volume average particle diameter of from ≥80 nm to ≤300 nm, a particle size distribution index of from ≥1.10 to ≤1.40, an average circularity of from ≥0.70 to ≤0.92 and a circularity distribution index of from ≥1.05 to ≤1.50 and comprise the primary particles having a circularity of ≥0.95 in a proportion of ≤10% by number of particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
