<p>Starting from a conventional mixer of the type comprising a body (1) with an extension in the form of a fixed arm (6) that ends in a head (7) that protects the cutting blades, the invention consists in providing an inclination sensor (8) connected in series to the pushbutton or on-off switch (5) and fulfilling the function of a contact, being provided with means for disconnecting the motor power supply circuit of the mixer when the mixer is not in a vertical working position.
