<p>Disclosed is a drug solution dispensing device (10a) that ejects a drug solution by forcing a pump chamber (16), which is linked to a drug solution inlet (21) and a drug solution outlet (22), to expand and contract, said drug solution dispensing device (10a) having a cylinder (12) containing a piston (31) that is able to reciprocate in the axial direction. A bellows (35) that is able to deform elastically in the axial direction is mounted to a cylinder hole (30) between the tip of a connection rod (34) and the cylinder (12). An expanding/contracting chamber (37) forms a compartment inside the bellows (35) between the connection rod (34) and the bellows (35), and a pressure chamber (38), which is linked to the expanding/contracting chamber (37) is disposed on the tip side of the piston (31). An incompressible indirect medium (39) is enclosed in the expanding/contracting chamber (37) and the pressure chamber (38). The average effective diameter (D2) of the bellows (35) is set so as to be smaller than the outer diameter (D1) of a sliding surface (32) of the piston (31).</p> |
