<p>A liquid crystal display device (1) is provided with scanning line drive circuits (5a, 5b) which generate gate signals, and a plurality of scanning lines which output the gate signals generated by the scanning line drive circuits (5a, 5b) to a plurality of pixels (PIX). In the scanning line drive circuits (5a, 5b), slope adjustment circuits (15a, 15b) for titling the rise and fall of high potential signals (VGH1, VGH2) for generating the gate signals, in each scanning line group (Gia, Gib), are arranged for each scanning line group (Gia, Gib) among the plurality of scanning line groups (Gia, Gib) forming the plurality of scanning lines, are formed from pulse waves, and are arranged in the first part of each of the scanning line drive circuits (5a, 5b). Thus, by adjusting the rise and fall of the scanning signals for each scanning line group, the generation of uneven brightness is prevented for each display region.</p> |
