The invention relates to an internal combustion engine including: a rotor formed by a block, a drive shaft and at least one piston assembly, all of which rotate together, wherein each piston assembly is positioned radially with respect to the drive shaft; and a stator that includes a housing, first and second rotary attachment means, and first and second securing means, wherein the internal surfaces of the housing are provided with guides that delimit the path of each piston assembly and wherein the inner end of the piston assembly includes a piston head located inside the block, forming a combustion chamber, and the outer end of said piston assembly is in contact with the guides. |
