PURPOSE: An intraocular lens is provided to reduce the weight of IOL, and to facilitate the insertion through a very small cut part, without reducing the stability of IOL or damage to an optic. CONSTITUTION: An intraocular lens comprise: an optic(12), having a radial extent in the edge, of which thickness is 0.1 mm; a rim(30), expanded from the edge(18) of optic, which is in front part of optic, and forms one body with the optic; and a plurality of haptics(14), expanded from the rim, which form one body with the optic and the rim. The rim is thicker than the edge of the optic.
