PURPOSE: The pipe is installed in obliquely cleaning bath. The vacuum suction power of the vacuum pump is effectively action on the pipe. The washing efficiency of the pipe is improved. CONSTITUTION: A pipe cleaning device comprises a bubble gas supply pipe(1a), a cleaning fluid supply pipe(1c), a bellows pipe(3a), a foreign material collector(2), a sub suction pipe(4), and a gas-liquid separator(9). The bubble gas supply pipe has a bubble gas valve(B1). The cleaning fluid supply pipe supplies the washing solution inside a cleaning bath(1). A suction nozzle(3b) of the bellows pipe separates in the pipe installing in the cleaning bath as connection. It receives a message the suction force of a vacuum pump(8) and the bellows pipe inhales the washing solution of the cleaning bath through the pipe. The foreign material collector is installed between the main suction tube and the vacuum pump. The foreign material collector filters the foreign material of the inhaled washing solution. The sub suction pipe is branched from an upper main suction pipe(3) of the foreign material collector. The gas-liquid separator is installed in a liquid discharge pipe(9b) between the vacuum pump and a drain bath(6). It devides the bubble and washing solution and the gas-liquid separator discharges the bubble through an air discharge pipe(9a).
