<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently preparing an extract that contains fermented tea-derived polymer polyphenol with a high content without using an organic solvent such as ethyl acetate, butanol, and acetone. <P>SOLUTION: After an aqueous eluate of fermented tea leaves is mixed with an adsorbent whose material is a hydrophilic vinyl polymer, the non-adsorption component of the adsorbent is removed and then the adsorption component of the adsorbent is eluted using an ethanol which may contain water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
