<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot-water supply and air-conditioning system that prevents a refrigerant/water heat exchanger from being frozen and damaged due to a reduction in evaporating pressure during defrosting and reduces defrosting time. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump type hot-water supply and air-conditioning system 1 is equipped with a refrigerant circuit 14 including a compressor 11, a four-way switching valve 15, a heat source-side air heat exchanger 12, throttle mechanisms 16 and 17, and a refrigerant/water heat exchanger 13. The heat pump type hot-water supply and air-conditioning system 1 produces hot water by heating cold water using a refrigerant by means of the refrigerant/water heat exchanger 13, and performs a defrosting operation by switching the refrigerant circuit 14 to a cooling cycle by the four-way switching valve 15 when the heat source-side air heat exchanger 12 is frosted. A bypass circuit 40 with an electromagnetic valve 41 to be opened/closed during the defrosting operation is connected in parallel to the throttle mechanisms 16 and 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
