<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module which prevents inflow to an IC mounted on a substrate of noise signals included in RF signals. <P>SOLUTION: The module comprises a ground electrode pattern GNDa provided on one surface of an insulation layer 6 disposed between a first wiring layer 4 and a second wiring layer 5, and a balun 9 with a coil pattern surrounding, viewed from above, connection wires 12, 13 between an IC 2 and the balun 9 and formed on the upper face side of the second wiring layer 5. Accordingly, the ground electrode pattern GNDa serves as an electromagnetic shield to prevent inflow of noise signals propagating through an RF signal wiring pattern on the second wiring layer 5 to the IC 2 owing to the fact that the noise signals propagate to a baseband signal wiring pattern on the first wiring layer 4. The coil pattern surrounding the connection wires 12, 13 serves as an electromagnetic shield to prevent inflow of noise signals propagating through electronic circuits adjacent to the balun 9 to the IC 2 owing to the fact that the noise signals propagate to the connection wires 12, 13 between the IC 2 and the balun 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
