<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin rotor, which can be manufactured by a simple process and suppressed in layer-down between a resin ring and a metal bush. <P>SOLUTION: A resin rotor 1 is structured by a resin ring 2 having a ring shape and a metal bush 3 fitted to the inner circumference surface 2a of the resin ring and is equipped with a projection 3a acting as a unit for binding the resin ring 2 and the metal bush 3 so as to stop rotation of the resin ring 2 and the metal bush 3 mutually in the outer circumference surface of the metal bush 3, wherein: the resin ring 2 is molded by pressing under heating a molding material obtained by such a method that a plural number of resin sheets obtained by paper-manufacturing method are laminated in an axial direction and the inner diameter of the sheet is adjusted almost equally to a diameter of the outer circumference surface of the metal bush; and the metal bush 3 is connected mutually to the resin ring 2 by introducing it under pressing into the inner circumference surface of the molding material in an axial direction.
