<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a parison with length, wall thickness and a contour shape, required for blow molding, and desired weight, in combination with the control of the wall thickness of the parison. <P>SOLUTION: A point designated on a profile screen of a programmer 10 is set as a pulse signal so that a lowering speed switching position of a parison lifter 80 can be output to a PLC computing unit 110. In the PLC computing unit 110, a motor speed corresponding to the point is determined on the basis of a parison lifter speed setting value input from a parison lifter speed setting section 130 and the point, and a motor speed command signal is output to a motor driver 100. Subsequently, a servomotor 90 is driven and controlled on the basis of the speed command signal by the motor driver 100, and the lowering speed of the parison lifter 80 is increased/decreased in each lowering speed switching position of the parison lifter 80. The parison P with the desired contour, length and wall-thickness dimension is formed by the increase/decrease of the lowering speed and the wall-thickness control performed by a positional displacement of a core 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
