<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure soundness by performing control quickly and efficiently even in emergency. <P>SOLUTION: A center server 11, when failure information Tr has been sent, determines whether or not work execution will influence the sound line securement of a network, regarding work information Wf relative to each unit of a pre-registered scheduled stop work plan; if the work execution will influence, extracts stop work PL-a, b about which execution is scheduled, associates the extracted work information Wf relative to each unit of a pre-registered scheduled stop work with control instruction information CTL-1 to n instructing restriction of work execution; identifies a terminal device for controlled work section 10A in charge of execution of the associated scheduled stop work, and transmits the scheduled stop work information PL-a, b and the control instruction information CTL-1 to n to the identified terminal device for controlled work section 10A and lets the identified terminal device 10A display them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
