<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, without imposing any load on a semiconductor component which controls access, a timing window from being narrowed down by a signal in an undesired manner due to the harmonic components of the signal to be output by the semiconductor component. <P>SOLUTION: A capacity element is serially arranged on a specific transmission path branching from the prescribed node of a signal transmission path which supplies a clock signal to be output by a semiconductor component which controls access on a substrate or an enable control signal showing the validity of a command and an address signal to another semiconductor component to be accessed on the substrate, and reaching a ground plane. The capacity element is configured to function as a short path to the ground plane with respect to the harmonic components of the enable control signal, and to make smaller the through-rate of the enable control signal, and to make larger its timing window than the case that there does not exist any capacity element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
