<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of access control to peripheral equipment for improving the efficiency of a whole system by eliminating any exclusive processing, and the peripheral equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In a readout cycle of data from peripheral equipment 300 by a CPU 100, not only an address for specifying the peripheral equipment 300 but also write data to be written in a buffer 303 of the peripheral equipment 300 are transmitted via an address bus 201.
