<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crankshaft which can not only increase flexibility in hole shapes but also solve problems caused by cutting work and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In this crankshaft, hollow holes 113L/113M are formed on both sides of a crank pin part 113. A through-hole 121 for a journal shaft and a through-hole 122 for the pin are connected by an oil channel 123. On a bottom face of the hole 113L, the oil channel 123 extending towards a journal shaft part 111 is formed. Since this oil channel 123 is formed on the hole 113L, depth from surface of the crank pin part 113 in the hole 113L can be formed deeper than that of the hole 113M. Further bottom face of the hole 113M can be formed nearly-parallel to extending direction of the oil channel 123, while bottom area of the hole 113M can be defined wider than that of the hole 113L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
