<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-welding method for enhancing the strength at break of a pressure-welded material, and to provide a pressure-joining fixture capable of uniformly pressurizing the end faces to be pressure-joined, and a joined annular body. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a pressure-welding method in which a juxtaposed part of a nearly-annular body having the juxtaposed part slightly juxtaposed in such a state as to brush against each other on the same diameter is fixed by a holding fixture such as a vise and is cut at one time by a cutter using a cutting blade or meltdown to form the same end faces to be welded. There is also provided the welded annular body. Further, there is provided a compass-like pressure-joining fixture having two supporting rods in which the holding parts are provided to the outer peripheral edges of both supporting rods and hold the vicinities of both cut end faces of the cut annular body. The pressure joining fixture is provided with a pressure device for pressurizing the holding parts to a direction in which both holding parts come close to a radial direction by a provided pressurizing device around the supporting axis of the pressure-joining fixture as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
