Disclosed is a reciprocating electric shaver provided with a rotating motor, a conversion mechanism which converts the rotating movement of the rotating motor into a reciprocating movement, and drivers (130, 140) which are linked to the conversion mechanism and which move in a reciprocating manner. Moreover, a sealed space which is sealed so as to not allow body hair from entering is formed and balance adjusters (150, 160) which integrally move with the drivers (130, 140) in a reciprocating manner are disposed within the sealed space. The balance adjusters (150, 160) are attached to the drivers (130, 140) in a direction which is perpendicular to the reciprocating movement of the drivers (130, 140) and which is perpendicular to the direction in which the inner blades are pressed to the outer blades.
