The nipple (1) has a support surface (2) set-back in relation to a central spherical seat and surrounding outer circumference for accommodating a spring element i.e. O-ring, made of rubber. A rim hole (5) interacts with a bottom part (4) of a hollow rim. The set-back support surface is matched to rim bottom facing side of the nipple in a functional layer. The spring element rests against the surface in mounted state and compressed with overlay of the nipple on the bottom part. The seat holds a partially circumferential projection (6) at rim-side end and made of elastic material. The spring element is selected from a group consisting of helical spring, cup spring and spring washer.
