PURPOSE: A transformer pipe plan system is provided to predict and control a load process or a standby process of working by computerizing and simulating restriction conditions of a working place. CONSTITUTION: A schedule server inputs standard data stored in a client(S1). The schedule server executes the entire pipe process and confirms whether there is a small working place(S2). The schedule server simulates the workplace and controls standard load and time data. The optimized standard is calculated(S3).
