PURPOSE: The lighting apparatus of a cluster pointer for a vehicle is provided to intuitively recognize the traveling state of a vehicle by controlling the light quantity of an illumination source according to the traveling state of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A sensor assembly(10) senses the traveling state of a vehicle. A lighting part(40) emits the light of a plurality of colors from each pointer of a dashboard. A switching part(30) controls power which is provided to the lighting part. A controller(20) displays the color of a pointer corresponding to sensor information by controlling the switching part. The controller controls each light quantity of the lighting part according to the sensor information.
