THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the parasitic capacitance by the organic insulating film in a data line area and reduce a pixel driving voltage by forming a protective film between a pixel electrode and a common electrode from a pixel area. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(129) has an up-and-down symmetric structure around the center of the pixel area. A common electrode and a common line(151) are respectively arranged on the top of the pixel electrode and data line. The data line is covered with an organic insulating film pattern(250). The data line and organic insulating film are wrapped with a protective film(119). The common line is formed on the protective film.
