PURPOSE: A light emitting diode illumination platform is provided to fix a form factor using a plurality of LEDs. CONSTITUTION: A form factor of an LED illumination platform(1) comprises a first heat dissipation device(12), a second heat dissipation device(14), a heat pipe, an energy converter, a carrier, a light modulator(22), a control module circuit, and a connector(26). The first heat dissipation device comprises a plate body(122) and several pins(124) extended from the plate body. The second heat dissipation device comprises a tube body(142), a front lid(144), and a rear lid(146). The front lid and rear lid are combined in two opening parts of the tube body in order to arrange a circuit housing. The circuit housing accepts a part of the control module circuit and connector. The control module circuit is arranged on a protrusion part of the tube body.
