PURPOSE: An acryl silicon emulsion resin composition is provided to improve adhesion to wood, waterproofness, water resistance and stain resistance. CONSTITUTION: An acryl silicon emulsion resin composition comprises aqueous resin dispersion which is obtained by emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture. The monomer mixture comprises: 0.1-5 weight% reactive emulsifier having double bond; 0.1-10 weight% double bond-containing reactive silicon monomer; 0.1-10 weight% hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer; 0.1-10 weight% (meth)acrylic acid monomer; 0.1-5 weight% crosslinking monomer capable of cross-linking a polymer containing two or more double bonds; and residue of other unsaturated monomer capable of copolymerizing with the reactive emulsifier and the unsaturated monomers.
