摘要 <p>The method of hardening lime-sandstones and aerated concrete blocks, comprises introducing blanks of stones in an inner space (7) of an autoclave (2), pressure-tightly closing and subsequently conducting the water vapor standing in the inner space of the autoclave with under pressure, and subsequently influencing a certain time on the blanks. Additionally the time of introduction and/or effect of the water vapor is condensed that is partially conducted and recycled in a condensate collection device (3). The method of hardening lime-sandstones and aerated concrete blocks, comprises introducing blanks of stones in an inner space (7) of an autoclave (2), pressure-tightly closing and subsequently conducting the water vapor standing in the inner space of the autoclave with under pressure, and subsequently influencing a certain time on the blanks. Additionally the time of introduction and/or effect of the water vapor is condensed that is partially conducted and recycled in a condensate collection device (3). The condensate is: conducted by a conductor form the inner space of the autoclave protrudes into the condensate collection device; partially reduced without pressure; and directly evaporated from the condensate collection device with the help of the heat exchanger over the conductor in the inner space of the autoclave. The condensate is guided by a condensate line from the autoclave. A back evaporator condensate is fed back over a recirculating pipe in the autoclave. An energy required for the back evaporation of the condensate is: applied from an exhaust steam of an another time-displaced operated autoclave and/or live steam; and temporarily stored in an energy storage in form an oil-, phase-change-material or a ruth store. The heat exchanger used for the back evaporation of the condensate is operated with the steam or oil or an other heat carrier medium. A heat energy is transferred into the energy storage that is contained after termination of a hardening process in the condensate and the stream, which is present in the condensate collection device from which the heat energy is fed again to an another evaporated condensate to start the back evaporation. Water is fed in a phase of lowering the pressure in the autoclave of the condensate collection device in an upper region of liquid in finely distributed form and low temperature. The steam is superheated in the phase of increasing the pressure in the autoclave into the condensate collection device by heat supply to the heat exchange, and is fed to the inner space of the autoclave. A circulating flow between the condensate collection device and the inner space of the autoclave is produced by the recirculating pipe and a circulation line. An independent claim is included for a device for hardening lime-sandstones and aerated concrete blocks.</p>
