The recesses comprise two sets of notch elements (36, 38, 54, 56) oppositely arranged in a pair-wise manner with respect to cylindrical axes and extending on one side of a base plate (22). The notch elements are respectively arranged on two sides of a plane, where the plane is perpendicular to the cylindrical axis.
